The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn’t come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! Tom Wilson, the owner, responded on very short notice. Fixed the problem and only charged for a service call. He had ample opportunity to charge more, but explained that it was a simple solution and would only charge for the call. Have used several A/C companies in the past and Advanced Air is by far the best! Highly recommend and these guys are fantastic! He even had a great story about Paul Klipsch, the inventor of one the finest stereo speakers ever built.

My air conditioning went out with 100 degree temperatures. I called and spoke to Danielle, who was very professional. She set my appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was on the way. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I am very happy!

Our A/C quit cooling late in the day on a hot, humid Friday afternoon. My phone call for help was answered by Danielle, who was very understanding, professional and quite helpful. She set up an early appointment for Saturday morning. However, a few minutes later she called back and said she had someone who had just finished another job nearby and they could come out now if I was going to be at home.

Shortly after that Tom Wilson, the company owner, showed up with a friendly greeting and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He offered a few possible scenarios as to what could have caused the problem as he checked for leaks and recharged the refrigerant in the system, so that we had cooling for the night. We agreed that he would return to inspect the evaporative coils in the attic unit thoroughly in the cooler morning hours. He would not accept payment for his services that evening and said he would hold the ticket open until he was entirely certain what was required to finish the repair. I had complete confidence in his ability and his expertise although I was preparing for a major expense or even a recommendation for a new unit.

He returned as promised and to my relief found only a minor issue that he repaired immediately. The cost was extremely reasonable and I now know who I will trust for all of our future A/C needs, whether large or small. It is great to meet a local business owner who is genuinely a nice guy… honest and caring and he places the needs of his customer at the top of his list. My sincere thanks and my highest recommendation to the good people at Advanced Air.

We had our HVAC system replaced. This family owned company goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and products. They even helped me install window units due to my health while ours was out of service. Very clean professional work by employees with courteous and helpful attitudes. All work was done timely and completely as promised. Owner was even available to answer questions over the weekend. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Air. You can count on them to be honest about the best solution to your problems.

Jared came out, assessed the situation, and it turned out to be a smaller job than we expected. He handled everything quickly and didn’t overcharge us for a service call.
