This is a great company. They addressed our issues from the February ice storm and made several calls to make sure our issues were fixed. After repairs were made it came to our attention something had been damaged and the cost to replace it was $40. When I called and told them about it they quickly wrote me a check for $40. We’ve been using Advanced Air the last few years for our A/C maintenance and they always do a great job.

Tom Wilson, the owner, responded on very short notice. Fixed the problem and only charged for a service call. He had ample opportunity to charge more, but explained that it was a simple solution and would only charge for the call. Have used several A/C companies in the past and Advanced Air is by far the best! Highly recommend and these guys are fantastic! He even had a great story about Paul Klipsch, the inventor of one the finest stereo speakers ever built.

Professional and honest! Another AC guy told us we needed to change the whole unit, while Bob came over and changed a few broken parts. cost only 5% of the other company quoted me and my AC is working great now. Highly recommended!

Quick, efficient, and very professional

The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn’t come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! If you looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgable team, then look no further than Advanced Air. I’ve used companies in the past that were unscrupulous and I’m very happy to finally find one that is above board. Thank you & continued blessing to the team!
