My air conditioning went out with 100 degree temperatures. I called and spoke to Danielle, who was very professional. She set my appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was on the way. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I am very happy!
I am now a customer for life. I was battling with my home warranty company for 2 weeks with no resolution to my A/C issue. I took a chance and called this company. They came out the same day and fixed my issue. I canceled my home warranty policy and will stuck with this company for future issues with my A/C. I highly recommend.
Jared is very attentive & informative allowing me to send a report received by another company that listed $1500 in expenses. Jared looked over the report and came out this morning for a service call to later tell me that he was able to fix the issue as not everything listed in my previous report needed to be replaced. Honest service & $130 later, I now have a forever HVAC company that I can reach out to in comfort knowing that I will not be getting taken advantage of! Can’t go wrong with Tom, Jared or Bob. Having been a home owner for over 25 years, I’ve always cringed when having to call to have my HVAC fixed. Too many outfits out there default to ‘you need a full replacement’. I’ve never experienced this with Advanced Air. It is not uncommon for them to say, ‘oh, this one part wore out’ and pay a little more than their reasonable service call fee.
Quick, efficient, and very professional
We’ve been using Advanced Air the last few years for our A/C maintenance and they always do a great job.
I had Advanced HVAC replace and add additional ducts when I first moved in 15 years ago. They did an awesome job. When my 30 year old system finally gave out, I didn’t even have to think about who to call. Tom listened to my requests and put in a new American Standard system to meet those requests. It was all done in one day and a very neat installation. Thanks to all for a job well done!
We had our HVAC system replaced. This family owned company goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and products. They even helped me install window units due to my health while ours was out of service. Very clean professional work by employees with courteous and helpful attitudes. All work was done timely and completely as promised. Owner was even available to answer questions over the weekend. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Air. You can count on them to be honest about the best solution to your problems.

I called Advanced Air in the morning and left a voice message. I received a call back within an hour and they were at our home by the afternoon. Bob was fantastic, fixed one of our AC units and maintenanced both. He explained everything, the price was fair, and my doggies even got some pets from him. 100% recommend and we will be a returning customer.
