Professional and honest! Another AC guy told us we needed to change the whole unit, while Bob came over and changed a few broken parts. cost only 5% of the other company quoted me and my AC is working great now. Highly recommended!

Our A/C quit cooling late in the day on a hot, humid Friday afternoon. My phone call for help was answered by Danielle, who was very understanding, professional and quite helpful. She set up an early appointment for Saturday morning. However, a few minutes later she called back and said she had someone who had just finished another job nearby and they could come out now if I was going to be at home.

Shortly after that Tom Wilson, the company owner, showed up with a friendly greeting and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He offered a few possible scenarios as to what could have caused the problem as he checked for leaks and recharged the refrigerant in the system, so that we had cooling for the night. We agreed that he would return to inspect the evaporative coils in the attic unit thoroughly in the cooler morning hours. He would not accept payment for his services that evening and said he would hold the ticket open until he was entirely certain what was required to finish the repair. I had complete confidence in his ability and his expertise although I was preparing for a major expense or even a recommendation for a new unit.

He returned as promised and to my relief found only a minor issue that he repaired immediately. The cost was extremely reasonable and I now know who I will trust for all of our future A/C needs, whether large or small. It is great to meet a local business owner who is genuinely a nice guy… honest and caring and he places the needs of his customer at the top of his list. My sincere thanks and my highest recommendation to the good people at Advanced Air.

My air conditioning went out with 100 degree temperatures. I called and spoke to Danielle, who was very professional. She set my appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was on the way. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I am very happy!

I called Advanced Air in the morning and left a voice message. I received a call back within an hour and they were at our home by the afternoon. Bob was fantastic, fixed one of our AC units and maintenanced both. He explained everything, the price was fair, and my doggies even got some pets from him. 100% recommend and we will be a returning customer.

This is a great company. They addressed our issues from the February ice storm and made several calls to make sure our issues were fixed. After repairs were made it came to our attention something had been damaged and the cost to replace it was $40. When I called and told them about it they quickly wrote me a check for $40. Thanks Tom and Bob.

Can’t go wrong with Tom, Jared or Bob. Having been a home owner for over 25 years, I’ve always cringed when having to call to have my HVAC fixed. Too many outfits out there default to ‘you need a full replacement’. I’ve never experienced this with Advanced Air. It is not uncommon for them to say, ‘oh, this one part wore out’ and pay a little more than their reasonable service call fee.

Tom Wilson, the owner, responded on very short notice. Fixed the problem and only charged for a service call. He had ample opportunity to charge more, but explained that it was a simple solution and would only charge for the call. Have used several A/C companies in the past and Advanced Air is by far the best! Highly recommend and these guys are fantastic! He even had a great story about Paul Klipsch, the inventor of one the finest stereo speakers ever built.

I am now a customer for life. I was battling with my home warranty company for 2 weeks with no resolution to my A/C issue. I took a chance and called this company. They came out the same day and fixed my issue. I canceled my home warranty policy and will stuck with this company for future issues with my A/C. I highly recommend.
