This is a great company. They addressed our issues from the February ice storm and made several calls to make sure our issues were fixed. After repairs were made it came to our attention something had been damaged and the cost to replace it was $40. When I called and told them about it they quickly wrote me a check for $40. Thanks Tom and Bob.

Jared is very attentive & informative allowing me to send a report received by another company that listed $1500 in expenses. Jared looked over the report and came out this morning for a service call to later tell me that he was able to fix the issue as not everything listed in my previous report needed to be replaced. Honest service & $130 later, I now have a forever HVAC company that I can reach out to in comfort knowing that I will not be getting taken advantage of! We’ve been using Advanced Air the last few years for our A/C maintenance and they always do a great job.

I called on a saturday morning in july when my air stopped blowing cold the night before, after speaking with Tom over the phone with particulars of my problem, he said would be able to come by sometime this morning. About an hour later he was here looking for the problem. He could of said my unit was dead, or a line was cracked or any tech jargon that would sound bad. But instead he honestly and quickly found the fan breaker had gone bad. He replaced it in minutes, checked out my freon which was low by 2 lbs and replaced that, put a new cap on the freon to help keep it in and charged a very, very resonable rate for the replacement. Based on this one experience I would highly recommend Tom and Advanced Air to anyone with a simular problem.

Tom Wilson, the owner, responded on very short notice. Fixed the problem and only charged for a service call. He had ample opportunity to charge more, but explained that it was a simple solution and would only charge for the call. Have used several A/C companies in the past and Advanced Air is by far the best! Highly recommend and these guys are fantastic! He even had a great story about Paul Klipsch, the inventor of one the finest stereo speakers ever built.

I had Advanced HVAC replace and add additional ducts when I first moved in 15 years ago. They did an awesome job. When my 30 year old system finally gave out, I didn’t even have to think about who to call. Tom listened to my requests and put in a new American Standard system to meet those requests. It was all done in one day and a very neat installation. Thanks to all for a job well done!

My air conditioning went out with 100 degree temperatures. I called and spoke to Danielle, who was very professional. She set my appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was on the way. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I am very happy!
