Can’t go wrong with Tom, Jared or Bob. Having been a home owner for over 25 years, I’ve always cringed when having to call to have my HVAC fixed. Too many outfits out there default to ‘you need a full replacement’. I’ve never experienced this with Advanced Air. It is not uncommon for them to say, ‘oh, this one part wore out’ and pay a little more than their reasonable service call fee.

Highly recommend. Have used this company’s services for over 2 years and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and overall great customer service. Recently replaced my home’s heat pump and found their price to be fair and work of the highest quality. Glad I was referred to this company and will continue to call on them in the future.

Tom Wilson, the owner, responded on very short notice. Fixed the problem and only charged for a service call. He had ample opportunity to charge more, but explained that it was a simple solution and would only charge for the call. Have used several A/C companies in the past and Advanced Air is by far the best! Highly recommend and these guys are fantastic! He even had a great story about Paul Klipsch, the inventor of one the finest stereo speakers ever built.

Professional and honest! Another AC guy told us we needed to change the whole unit, while Bob came over and changed a few broken parts. cost only 5% of the other company quoted me and my AC is working great now. Highly recommended!

I am now a customer for life. I was battling with my home warranty company for 2 weeks with no resolution to my A/C issue. I took a chance and called this company. They came out the same day and fixed my issue. I canceled my home warranty policy and will stuck with this company for future issues with my A/C. I highly recommend.

I called on a saturday morning in july when my air stopped blowing cold the night before, after speaking with Tom over the phone with particulars of my problem, he said would be able to come by sometime this morning. About an hour later he was here looking for the problem. He could of said my unit was dead, or a line was cracked or any tech jargon that would sound bad. But instead he honestly and quickly found the fan breaker had gone bad. He replaced it in minutes, checked out my freon which was low by 2 lbs and replaced that, put a new cap on the freon to help keep it in and charged a very, very resonable rate for the replacement. Based on this one experience I would highly recommend Tom and Advanced Air to anyone with a simular problem.

The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn’t come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! If you looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgable team, then look no further than Advanced Air.
