Jared is very attentive & informative allowing me to send a report received by another company that listed $1500 in expenses. Jared looked over the report and came out this morning for a service call to later tell me that he was able to fix the issue as not everything listed in my previous report needed to be replaced. I had Advanced HVAC replace and add additional ducts when I first moved in 15 years ago. They did an awesome job. When my 30 year old system finally gave out, I didn’t even have to think about who to call. Tom listened to my requests and put in a new American Standard system to meet those requests. It was all done in one day and a very neat installation. Thanks to all for a job well done!

Our A/C quit cooling late in the day on a hot, humid Friday afternoon. My phone call for help was answered by Danielle, who was very understanding, professional and quite helpful. She set up an early appointment for Saturday morning. However, a few minutes later she called back and said she had someone who had just finished another job nearby and they could come out now if I was going to be at home.

Shortly after that Tom Wilson, the company owner, showed up with a friendly greeting and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He offered a few possible scenarios as to what could have caused the problem as he checked for leaks and recharged the refrigerant in the system, so that we had cooling for the night. We agreed that he would return to inspect the evaporative coils in the attic unit thoroughly in the cooler morning hours. He would not accept payment for his services that evening and said he would hold the ticket open until he was entirely certain what was required to finish the repair. I had complete confidence in his ability and his expertise although I was preparing for a major expense or even a recommendation for a new unit.

He returned as promised and to my relief found only a minor issue that he repaired immediately. The cost was extremely reasonable and I now know who I will trust for all of our future A/C needs, whether large or small. It is great to meet a local business owner who is genuinely a nice guy… honest and caring and he places the needs of his customer at the top of his list. My sincere thanks and my highest recommendation to the good people at Advanced Air.

My air conditioning went out with 100 degree temperatures. I called and spoke to Danielle, who was very professional. She set my appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was on the way. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I am very happy!

The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn’t come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well!
