I had Advanced HVAC replace and add additional ducts when I first moved in 15 years ago. They did an awesome job. When my 30 year old system finally gave out, I didn’t even have to think about who to call. Tom listened to my requests and put in a new American Standard system to meet those requests. This is a great company. They addressed our issues from the February ice storm and made several calls to make sure our issues were fixed. After repairs were made it came to our attention something had been damaged and the cost to replace it was $40. When I called and told them about it they quickly wrote me a check for $40. Thanks Tom and Bob.

Quick, efficient, and very professional

We had our HVAC system replaced. This family owned company goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and products. They even helped me install window units due to my health while ours was out of service. Very clean professional work by employees with courteous and helpful attitudes. All work was done timely and completely as promised. Owner was even available to answer questions over the weekend. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Air. You can count on them to be honest about the best solution to your problems.

I called Advanced Air in the morning and left a voice message. I received a call back within an hour and they were at our home by the afternoon. Bob was fantastic, fixed one of our AC units and maintenanced both. He explained everything, the price was fair, and my doggies even got some pets from him. 100% recommend and we will be a returning customer.

The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn’t come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! If you looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgable team, then look no further than Advanced Air. Highly recommend. Have used this company’s services for over 2 years and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and overall great customer service. Recently replaced my home’s heat pump and found their price to be fair and work of the highest quality. Glad I was referred to this company and will continue to call on them in the future.
